My passion is to make a difference in the well-being of others.   I believe well-being and quality nourishment are the essential birthrights of every human being.  When people are eating healthier they set in motion the chance for every facet of their life to change – for the better.

A sedentary lifestyle, stress, and poor dietary choices create sickness and chronic disease. Did you know it’s truly feasible and effective to treat long-term disorders through appropriate diet and nutrition plans?  Preventative wellness, quality nourishment, and daily fitness programs are the best techniques for solving the health care crisis happening today.  Jesus tells us in Matthew 25:35-40 that we have a responsibility to come to the aid of those in need among us. That’s why I’m here for you.

My work is centered on the belief that people in need their well-being when they have access to expert advice, along with support and guidance to form new healthy habits to make changes.  Our focus is on life-changing fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle plans personalized to your goals and needs.  You’ll get the knowledge, which gives you the liberty/freedom to pick a healthier life; one full of happiness and vigor.

My Approach

Coaching isn’t about telling you what to eat, or giving you a diet.   It’s about change!  It’s about changing your habits, your perspective, your self-value and self-concept.  Because any diet is doomed to failure unless you change what is going on in your mind.  No one dietary approach is right for everyone.

As your coach, we’ll work together to figure out:

  • What is and isn’t working?
  • What are your obstacles?
  • What your personal goals need to be?

Then we craft a custom plan to get you through obstacles and help you reach your goals! No matter what, as your coach, I am with you every step of the way.
