Spring Juice Recipe, Blender and Juicer
Beginning the green juice journey isn’t always easy. A question I often receive is “what green juice recipes would you recommend for a beginner who doesn’t eat vegetables?” This Spring Green Juice is super easy and very tasty!!

Instructions
  1. In a NutriBullet or Vitamix (or other high-speed blender), blend all ingredients except the spinach (or kale). Once liquefied, add spinach (or kale) and blend on highest speed until greens are completely liquefied, about 1 to 2 minutes. Let settle in blender. Position a mesh strainer over a glass measuring cup or bowl. Pour the blender ingredients into the strainer, using a large spoon, spatula or your hands to squeeze all the juice out of the mixture. Pour juice into a large glass and enjoy! May also be covered and stored in refrigerator for 2 days.

Ingredients:
• 1 Apple
• 2 stalks celery
• 1 – 2 cucumbers
• 1 pear
• 1 – 2 cups kale or spinach (or both)

Directions:
Juice, stir and enjoy
