Prostate health is an important topic that really needs to be addressed, but not enough people are talking about it and men often want to ignore it.

Dr. Esposito describes prostate cancer as a “lifestyle cancer,” which means there are many lifestyle factors that can contribute to or prevent it. Factors such as smoking, obesity, and eating carcinogenic food (like grilled meats) can contribute to prostate cancer, while exercising, clean diets, getting adequate sleep, and managing your hormone levels can help prevent it.
