Sometimes we don’t change anything in our diet, we don’t change any of our habits, but we start gaining weight. Are we crazy? Is this even possible?
It IS definitely possible – this whole calories in, calories out thing is an overly simplistic way to view weight.
So today, I discuss some of the not-so-obvious underlying causes of weight gain, like aging, hormones, sleep, and stress.
