In a NutriBullet or Vitamix (or other high-speed blender), blend all ingredients except the spinach (or kale). Once liquefied, add spinach (or kale) and blend on highest speed until greens are completely liquefied, about 1 to 2 minutes. Let settle in blender. Position a mesh strainer over a glass measuring cup or bowl. Pour the blender ingredients into the strainer, using a large spoon, spatula or your hands to squeeze all the juice out of the mixture. Pour juice into a large glass and enjoy! May also be covered and stored in refrigerator for 2 days.
