Avo, Tuna & Rice

Funny Story about the recipe : I lived on this stuff all through my University days. It keeps you going for ages!
Course: Entrees, Sides


  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 diced Avocado
  • Small tin of TunaOIl
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 Pálmari
  • Small tin of Corn
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped red Capsicum


  • Combine all ingredients & enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I quite often make double & eat over a few days...easy!
  • You can 'tweak' the ingredients to suit your taste.
