Avo, Tuna & Rice
Funny Story about the recipe : I lived on this stuff all through my University days. It keeps you going for ages!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 diced Avocado
- Small tin of TunaOIl
- 1 tablespoon Tahini
- 2 Pálmari
- Small tin of Corn
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped red Capsicum
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients & enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I quite often make double & eat over a few days...easy!
- You can 'tweak' the ingredients to suit your taste.
