Banana Chia Pudding

Funny Story about the recipe: This recipe can also be prepped in the evening and eaten for breakfast the next morning! You can substitute banana with for example berries, melons, or mango. If not on a detox add a tbsp with raw cacao nibs as a special topping!
Course: Breakfast, Snacks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk preferably homemade
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon topping
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • fresh berries

Instructions

  • Mash the banana with a fork directly in serving bowl, add chia, almond milk and cinnamon.
  • Mix the ingredients, let it rest and mix again after 10 minutes.
  • Chill for at least 30 min in the refrigerator.
  • Before serving, top with coconut flakes and a few fresh or frozen berries!
