BLT&A Wrap

Course: Breakfast, Snacks


  • 1 Wrap
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2 strips of cooked Bacon
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice fresh
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • small handful of lettuce greens
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Smash the avocado in a bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the avocado mixture on the wrap.
  • Add the bacon, lettuce, tomato and wrap it up. To make this recipe grain-free - scramble an egg and mix it all together for breakfast any time of the day.
