  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3 Leaves Kale large leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 4-6 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 6-8 ounces water
  • 5 ice cubes


  • Add all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
