  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1 Serving Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp Raw Cacao
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 3 Brazil Nuts
  • 2 pitted Dates
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon


  • Blend in Vitamix/blender.
  • Enjoy!
