Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This delectable, healthful smoothie is packed with vitamin A, potassium and fiber. Top each serving with some ground flaxseeds or a pinch of nutmeg if you like.

  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 Whole pitted medjool dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg)
  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk or Coconut milk
  • 1 Serving Vegan Vanilla protein powder or Vanilla Protein Powder of your choice
  • 1/4 Cup Crushed Ice


  • Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon, add cinnamon stick and enjoy!
