Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
This delectable, healthful smoothie is packed with vitamin A, potassium and fiber. Top each serving with some ground flaxseeds or a pinch of nutmeg if you like.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 Whole pitted medjool dates
- 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg)
- 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk or Coconut milk
- 1 Serving Vegan Vanilla protein powder or Vanilla Protein Powder of your choice
- 1/4 Cup Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon, add cinnamon stick and enjoy!
